Revolutionize your fast food restroom experience with touchless SWAR module

As a business owner in the fast food industry, it’s important to provide a clean and convenient restroom experience for customers. One way to achieve this is by implementing touch-free soap-water-air cycle units like the SWAR module. This technology not only prevents the incessant dripping across washroom floors but also reduces congestion caused by long queues for hand dryers.

In addition to improving the customer experience, the SWAR module also contributes to environmental conservation by conserving water and soap consumption. Its customizable settings allow for remote control of water flow and soap dosage, which helps to cut down on maintenance costs and minimize congestion in the washrooms.

The SWAR module is designed for easy installation with a clean and minimalist design that incorporates LED pictograms for intuitive user guidance. It’s customizable in various colors, so customers can easily locate the necessary items within each unit.

One significant benefit of touch-free technology like the SWAR module is the increased protection against cross-contamination. Customers no longer need to touch the faucet, soap dispenser, or hand dryer, as all dripping falls directly into the wash basin. With its 1.6-gallon soap tanks suitable for use with any generic soap, the SWAR module also reduces soap consumption and maintenance time.

Fast food restaurants account for more than half of the sales in the entire restaurant sector. The restaurants themselves are known to have a simple look and feel where consumers typically order and pay at a counter and then take food out or grab a tray to sit and eat inside.

Meals are short, there is no table service and menus are the same from location to location. Consumers generally choose fast food when they need to eat and run or want to enjoy a recognizable and dependable experience no matter where they are.

McDonald’s was founded in 1940, however, the Golden Arches logo was used for the first time by a McDonald’s franchise in 1953 in Phoenix, Arizona. Today, McDonald’s restaurants are found in 120 countries around the world, serving 68 million customers each day. McDonald’s is committed towards environmental leadership by effectively conserving natural resources through recycling and reusing materials and by continuous efforts to address water management issues within the restaurants.
The Haifa franchise has had particular issues with high maintenance and low hygiene in the washrooms due to the fact that it is situated in an extremely high traffic location. The original manual faucets that had been fitted were situated at the opposite side of the washroom to the hand dryers, resulting in a constant state of chaos caused by water and mud as users’ hands drip across the floors surface to the hand dryers where they inevitably stood in line to dry their hands.

Solution Implementation: SWAR complete sanitary cabinets

A total of 4 SWAR sanitary cabinets, complete with lockable mirrors, were installed in the McDonald’s franchise in Haifa. 2 units in the ladies washroom and another two units in the gent’s washroom. Each unit holds a touch free faucet operated by an IR sensor, an automatic touchless soap dispenser, a thermostatic mixer and a state of the art, high speed hand dryer as well as LED pictograms on the mirror for the additional benefits of intuitive user guidance and design.

All modules, such as the behind the mirror faucet or behind the mirror soap dispenser are installed, as implied behind a mirror cabinet. The SWAR is a module that enables you to choose the best solution for the public bathroom, with an option to choose a soap dispenser or a behind the mirror foam dispenser, or a hand dryer module compared to a paper towel holder or an automatic paper dispenser.

Measurable results:

The touch-free soap-water-air cycle unit holds everything in one unit and the entire unit is installed above the sink, preventing the incessant dripping across the washroom floors and the inevitable queues for the hand dryer. As part of the ongoing commitment to the environment, the SWAR module also conserves water and soap consumption since water flow, soap dosage and other settings can be customized with remote control provided with the unit.

Maintenance time has also been cut drastically, which not only cuts down on costs but also congestion in the washrooms. It’s enough having the high traffic of the users without clogging up the washroom with a constant flow of maintenance staff. SWAR is delivered as one piece for easy installation. With its clean minimalist design and easy installation it incorporates LED pictograms for intuitive user guidance, in customizable colors so consumers know exactly where each particular item is in each unit.

Cross contamination protection has also been increased at the Haifa franchise. The users have no need to touch either the faucet, behind the mirror soap dispenser of hand dryer at all in order to complete the hand washing and drying process and all dripping falls directly into the wash basin. Soap consumption has been drastically reduced since the 1.6 gallon soap tanks are suitable for use with any generic soap (at the recommended viscosity level of 100 – 3800 cPs). The soap tanks are also filled less due to their size, once again cutting down on maintenance time.

Behind the mirror soap dispenser or foam dispenser

Use our Behind the Mirror Solutions (BTM) to create a minimalist space that hides all bathroom fixtures and creates a fully touchless bathroom experience for a germ free environment.

  • Space-saving: Behind the mirror soap dispensers and foam dispensers are installed into the wall behind the mirror, freeing up counter space and giving the restroom a clean and streamlined appearance.
  • Hygiene: With a behind the mirror dispenser, the soap or foam is not exposed to the open air, reducing the risk of contamination and ensuring a more hygienic environment.
  • Convenience: Placing the soap dispenser behind the mirror or using a foam dispenser allows for easy access and use, without cluttering up the sink area or creating an obstacle for users.
  • Customization: behind the mirror soap dispensers and foam dispensers come with customizable options such as color, size, and design, allowing for greater personalization and integration with the overall aesthetic of the restroom.

Overall, behind the mirror soap dispensers and foam dispensers can provide a practical and aesthetically pleasing solution for keeping hands clean and maintaining a hygienic restroom environment.
